Hope everyone had a wonderful start to the school year and is excited to get back into the pool! We have just a few updates for you as we prepare to kick off our Fall Maintenance season this week.
1. Practice Schedule Calendar
The Fall/Winter Maintenance practice schedule is now available for download on our website! Here is the LINK.
To subscribe to the calendar:
Select “View Calendar” and click the “Event Category” button in the upper left.
Filter the calendar to select the practice groups/events you would like to subscribe to.
Click “Subscribe to Calendar” in the lower right.
2. Vikings Website – Member Portal Access
Just a reminder that the password to access the Vikings Member Portal remains the same: VIK2026S
The Member Portal contains valuable information, resources, and updates that are only accessible to Vikings members, so be sure to check it regularly!
3. Fall Maintenance Coaching Team
Our Fall Maintenance coaching team was announced by Head Coach Minou a couple of weeks ago, and we hope everyone is excited to meet their new group coaches!

4. REMINDER – Vikings Parent Social
A reminder to RSVP for our Vikings Parent Social by Sunday, September 20!
Please join us on Wednesday, September 23 at 7:00 pm at The Regal Beagle (2283 W Broadway, Vancouver) for a casual evening to reconnect with our Vikings parent community after the summer and welcome our new Fall Maintenance families.
Light appetizers will be provided, and door prizes will be drawn at the end of the evening! This event is open to all Summer and Fall Maintenance club members.
RSVP deadline: Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 11:59 pm
Maximum capacity: 50 people
Voluntary donation: $20/person suggested*
*Please register as yourself and follow the instructions to enter the number of guests attending.
**Donations will contribute to the 2026–27 Vikings fundraising efforts. Please make your donation under “Additional Purchases.”
